Ms Hoyle has accompanied many types of musicians, from classical to jazz, vocalists to flutists. Her versatility
and sight reading skills allow her a certain advantage in the field.
As a soloist, she has performed a diverse repertoire of pieces from Chopin's Polonaises and Nocturnes, to Gershwin's
Rhapsody in Blue, and several contemporary works by Joaquina Turina and Aaron Copland.
Allison has accompanied vocalists, instrumentalists, community and professional choirs, full-scale musicals, and
dance performances. She has competed in and won several accompanying competitions throughout her career, including a competition
awarding her the honor of a performance at Carnegie Hall.
Ms. Hoyle's work with vocalists is extensive. She has accompanied professionally for over 15 years, half of which
was exclusively in Manhattan where she enjoyed much success 2001. Now she is back in New Jersey, focusing on bringing her
experience back to the Garden State where she was born.
She is most proud of the performance she gave on September 11th, 2002 accompanying Miss New York City, which she
was hired for that day. Miss Hoyle learned the complicated jazz fusion accompaniment in just twenty minutes and gave a "flawless"
performance an hour later.
Allison continues to offer her services as a professional accompanist for everything from college auditions to studio
recording.
